Loved my training sessions today.  They began with a fantastic circuit class courtesy of  @ivomendesimtraining  #IMtraining @tribecastudios .  It’s almost impossible to get Ivo to stand still long enough for me to get some decent footage.  Loved the tabata style final 10 mins, it certainly sent everyone home with an Ivo style glow. (Missed my training partner @lisa.hammond.07. Went on to do a fabulous dancehall class with Alejandro @Gymbox followed by a quick chest & back session with my Portuguese PT. We had a 90 min #sundayfunday full of DICE, 🐸 sticks, quarters - and ALOT of lower body love
•
6️⃣ Stations 3️⃣ of them you had to roll the dice to determine the miles, meters, or reps and 1️⃣ you had to pick a 🐸 exercise to complete • 
I found these frog sticks at the School House in town - seriously the BEST place in town to buy goodies for your creative classes

The goal today was to see how many times you could make it through the stations in 20 min
•
We did 3 different rounds - switching some of the exercises each round
•
Oh 😇 did I forget to mention we only could move FORWARD if we flipped a coin and got HEADS
•
And I should probably tell you we had to move BACK if we flipped TAILS....which happened ALOT 😼
•
We worked in pairs today. Just because it’s more fun to sweat with a buddy. And mine is the QUEEN of FROG JUMPS so we were at that station....ALOT 😦

Think of something you really want to achieve... Maybe you would like to be able to run a marathon, to do 10 press ups, to do the splits, to deadlift 100kg, to have visible abs, to feel more confident in your own body?

Now think of what is stopping you from getting there? I usually do some sort of pretty intense circuit type training, and it’s a nice change of pace. I recommend you do this if you are bored with your workouts and want to break up the monotony a little.

The past 6 weeks I’ve been traveling non stop, and I’m still goin the next 2 weekends. Here’s a few pointers:
⭐️ use trial passes at nearby gyms or utilize the hotel gyms, some are usually pretty nice
⭐️ order a meal prep service or visit chain restaurants if you’re looking to “track macros” so the nutritional PDFs are available
⭐️ stay hydrated with a @hydrojug (code “desb”) this will help with hunger and digestion + post travel bloat
⭐️ lastly, don’t stress - a few days off your routine will not derail your progress, you can bounce back!
🧡 TURN ON MY POST/STORY NOTIFS, so you don’t miss my workouts, app launch, and daily positivity.

CIRCUIT ✅ 4 rounds of each circuit for 12-20 reps of each, little to no rest - keeping heart rate high!
* warmup / 7-10 minute incline treadmill walk
* circuit 1 / side lunge, goblet squat, RDL to OH press, heel elevated split lunge
* circuit 2 / SA extension, wide pull down, bicep curl,  toe taps, row to upright row
* finish / plank jacks, climbers to push up, and another cardio driven movement or ab exercise!
