Making it through heat wave in Paris with the biggest hat I could find & most of all with with my morning undies meditation in dark hotel room, swipe right: can only recommend it!

DEEP BREATHING: sit down and do some minutes of deep long breathing with music or without. With the heat & the pollution we don’t breath deeply at all during the day, yet this is what our brain & nervous system & organs & mind need the most to stay cool & fresh & focused. Sit up tall, in a comfortable seat with just a minimum of muscular energy keeping your spine up straight. Then see if you can really relax your entire body, your hip and belly area. Let go of the tension you might keep there. Open your heart. Relax shoulders back and down and the neck, make your head all light and relax every single muscle of your face, your jaw, your tongue, your skin, your eyes. Then start breathing deeply. Imagine if taking the air in and sending it all the way down into your body, your pelvic area, your sex organs, your belly and then take it up through the lower rips into your rip cage and open it until the air reaches your clavicles. Then exhale slowly and fully, until the last drop of air and take your navel point in slowly to really pump out the last bit of air. Then continue and see how you can make your in and exhales linger and deeper each time. Experiment to breath up all the way to your head and into the back of your body, your shoulder part, see if it works, just experiment and train. All you need to do in this heat wave. Deep Breathing, it will save you I promise! .

The first 45 minutes of the day, at Sunrise, & the last 45 minutes of the day, at Sunset, the UV index is at '0' (zero). So it is 'safe' to gaze directly at the Sun. I have InJoyed Sun Gazing thousands of times.
When I first started several years (orbits / ’Solar Returns’) ago, I started with gazing into the SunRise for 10 seconds...then each day increasing it by another 10 seconds until I reached 45 minutes.  I am barefoot on dirt. As I gaze into the sun, I place my focus on the qualities of bliss, harmony, joy, life, love, peace ... now if/when I wakeup early enough (at Sunrise) then I get up to enjoy the SUN GAZING.

I do this a couple times a week using my foam roller or a rolled up towel. The roller or towel lays between your rib cage and pelvis. Slowly breathe into the roll, relax with the exhale and feel the compression into your belly. .

Best done with an empty stomach. .

Before I broke my fast, I completed 1 mile on the treadmill✔️ Worked out Arms✔️ Abs✔️ Back✔️ and 15 minutes of stretching (most important part)✔️!!! Ate a good ole balanced meal...(well I did have a brownie🙄) But oh well!! That’s why I do what I do and enjoying the hell out of it! #moderation Fascia blasted my upper body✔️ Now sipping on some hot nighty night tea✔️

I’m just gonna get into it.
Like a lot of you, I have generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Which in its self is an annoying diagnosis.
General anxiety?
No specifics? 
Just afraid of everything?
Cool. I can deal with that...🙄
.
I hover between fight or flight. I live in the past and future while my body is in the present. I worry about things before they happen. If they don’t happen, great! If they do, then I just lived it twice. My brain attacks my body and most of the time I’m not even really sure as to why I can’t calm down. I have panic attacks that are so intense I have to pass out for an entire half a day to recoup. My attention is depleted and my ability to focus just goes out the door.

Anyone else? Does this sounds familiar?

I’m not saying all of this to get compassion or attention. Am I broken? Hellllll no! I’m actually strong as fuck because of this.
I bring this up because people all around the world struggle with this disorder on the daily. And when you have GAD, it’s easy to feel alone or alienated from the world around you. Anxiety also shows in a million different ways. It will manifest itself differently from person to person. One person can’t get out of bed while the other person can’t stop moving. We’re ALL different.
I’m hoping that someone reads this and feels a little less alone. Even just a little.

Something that I’m practicing a lot lately is self compassion. Your brain, body, and heart are doing all they can to keep you healthy, safe, and sane. They’re probably working over time. And much more than the average human, but they’re doing their best. Give yourself a break. Take some really deep breaths and seize the day.
.
You’re doing an amazing job getting through life with this disease on your shoulders. Every day should be a win. Take that win. And know that you’re most definitely not alone.

An entrance to home of love and protection. .
Here I am. Loved and protected. .
In full belief that every dream I have is obtainable by using my mind and more importantly, my deep is.  My Intuition.

Every chapter brings up doubt and fear. Growing my coaching business create tons of mind drama. But I know the work works. I look at the past as evidence for all that I have created and never knew HOW just knew I would. .
One step at a time, showing up in all the feels, and always coming back to the magic of the mystery and taking action. .
Don’t focus on the how, that’s the fun part, the surprise, the journey.

Delight. They pinch and pull and giggle at our jiggly parts. Lovin’ on this body that brought them into being. When they climb into your lap and feel your softness, there is only contentment.

So, perhaps just for today, put yourself fully into your child’s heart, fill your longing for the stretch marks to disappear with the pounding vibration of love that radiates to you from your child’s entire being.
