Ingredientes:
• 4 plátanos maduros
• 1 1/4 cup de mezcla de harina sin gluten (1 1/2 cup de harina de arroz integral y 1/2 cup de fécula de tapioca)
• 1 1/4 copos de avena (se pueden usar sin gluten o no usarlos)
• 2 cs de cacao en polvo
• 1 cp de canela
• 3 cp de levadura panificable.
• 1/2 vaso de semillas de chía hidratadas
• 3 cs de aove
• 2 cs de sirope de miel o sirope de agave
• Frutos secos
• 1 cup aprox de bebida vegetal
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
Preparación:
Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. Triturar los plátanos en un bol con un tenedor. Agregar los ingredientes secos y remover bien. Añadir el aceite, el endulzante y las semillas de chía. Una vez que está todo mezclado, añadimos la leche poco a poco hasta que quede una masa consistente. Luego se vierte en un molde y se hornea durante 1 hora aprox.
