Tellement content d'être de plus en plus régulier notamment sur mon pain fétiche pour le matin, le pain aux raisins. Je vous laisse ma recette juste après.

Maintenant faut que je m'améliore sur le pain classique qui lui varie beaucoup au niveau de la forme. Du coup j'ai acheté un banneton pour voir si ça peut m'aider.
.
Qui est fan de pain ici ? .
Ma recette de pain aux raisins secs :
.
🔹500g de farine (pour ma part de la semi complète)
🔹350 ml d'eau
🔹3 poignées de raisins secs
🔹16g de levure boulangère fraîche
🔹5 g de sel
🔹15 g de sucre
. 
Réhydrater les raisins secs avec une partie de l'eau ainsi que le sucre pendant 1 à 2 heures (cette étape est facultative, vous pouvez également les réhydrater sur le moment) .
Puis dans la cuve du robot verser le reste de l'eau et ajouter la levure. Une fois que la levure est bien mélangée à l'eau, ajouter l'eau avec les raisins et le sucre. Verser ensuite la farine et le sel, si vous le souhaitez vous pouvez ajouter des graines. 
Mélanger au robot pendant une quinzaine de minutes le temps que le mélange soit homogène et se décolle des parois. 
Placer le pâton dans un plat en verre le couvrir avec un torchon humide ou avec un film plastique et laisser pousser pendant 1h30.
Sur un plat de travail préalablement fariné, déposer la pâte, la dégazer et former le pâton en serrant bien la pâte. Le placer dans un plat pour la cuisson pour ma part j'utilise un moule semblable à un moule à quatre quart mais troué. Remettre un torchon dessus et laisser pousser 2h.
Enfin faire cuire 35 minutes dans un four à 220 degrés dans lequel vous aurez préalablement placer un plat avec de l'eau afin de faire de la vapeur.
Une fois que le pain a refroidi, il ne reste plus qu'à le démouler.

the best things are the most difficult, but this does not mean that they are impossible to achieve! sometimes they only require only more hard work, believe in themselves and having the right perseverance overcoming the obstacles, you can falling, for sure soon or late you can fail, it's a reality nobody is perfect, no all day can be your day, but when you fail you always getting up and try again and  again, you can fail 1000 times if it's neccessary but you never give up until you do it and realize the impossible become possible, learn from your failure, becouse every man of success  as gone through the failures, success is not a way all down, success it's a climb through hell and only a few are able to get out winners of it only with a few scars, but still manage to overcome it, you will not see many friends along this road, indeed many will hate you because you are managing to go beyond where they have failed. but in any case fuck them and continue your way because the winners do not have time to waste with those who do not support them, and they cannot afford to listen to their negative bullshit. see many ask me why you like to motivate and inspire people? well... see many people like to see others on the ground, see them fail, so I like to help them getting up and give them the right motivation neccessary to finding the strenght and discover all tool that there are already inside you, but you need only start working it, for this is important that you have to believe in yourself, with all yourself enough to be the person you want to become and be remembered, maybe it won't happen as fast as you'd like, but if you don't give up and work hard... maybe it won't be today... maube it won't be tomorrow... but a day, your day will come.
