Me vi decepcionada con la cantidad de aderezo que tenía esta ensalada, en esta foto aún no la había mezclado, pero el fondo estaba inundado en esa salsa 😿 No tenía un balance en la proporción 🧐
Quizás soy una rompe pelotas, pero si van pidan si les dan el aderezo aparte.
El pollo, los croutons, la lechuga y el queso estaban súper ricos, pero por favor menos salsa!

20 oz. salmão1 colher de sopa de azeite½ xícara de coco ralado sem açúcar1 colher de chá de açafrão1 colher de chá kosher ou sal marinho½ colher de chá de cebola em pó3 1 ⁄ 3 colheres de sopa de azeite, para fritar20 oz. repolho Napa4 oz. manteigasal e pimentalimão, para servir

Corte o salmão em pedaços de 1 x 1 polegada. Regue com azeite ou óleo de coco.

Misture o coco ralado, sal, açafrão e cebola em pó em um prato. Atire os pedaços de salmão no revestimento de coco.

Frite os pedaços de salmão em fogo médio até dourar. Mantenha-se aquecido enquanto prepara o repolho.
