Rehabilitation Transformation

This latest client Guto has to be really proud after coming back from a serious Rugby accident. He described it as being snapped in half in competitive Rugby match. You can see from the X-Rays that he has a metal rod with 6 pins to hold his shoulder in place.

I have been working with Guto for about 6 weeks now, I have taught him how to warm up correctly to avoid injury. How to increase his range of motion in the shoulder before training chest and shoulder.

1. He has doubled his bench since the operation.
2. Doubled his strength on most pressing techniques.
3. Perform correct presses for shoulder without stressing his rotator cuff muscles.
4. Decreased bodyfat by 3%, increase muscle to 42%, strength increase by 50% all in 6 weeks.

Guto especially said that I made him feel comfortable in the sessions and when he doesnt feel up to it I push him past his limits mentally and physically. I really enjoy training him and I am looking forward to the future and what we can achieve as a team.
