The best salted chocolate chip cookie cake I’ve had in a while + anxious dinner plates being shoved in my lens. I guess they were expecting too-big-for-them slices. 🤣 I understand the excitement. ——— the recipe was adapted from the cookbook, Naturally Delicious by Danny Seo. A book I’m determined master. 🤤 The original ingredient list was completely vegan, but I didn’t have applesauce. so I made it unvegan by adding two eggs, and then realized that was probably unnecessary since oat flour + chickpeas would most likely do all the binding. 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway, it was amazing-the batter tasted like a peanut butter cookie and when baked it transitioned into something like a chewy chocolate chip blondie . if you have the book, I recommend attacking this right away. But if you don’t, and want my revised version, let me know and I’ll add it here later. ❤️ xo

Dried slices of Oranges
1. Slice orange to ~1cm thickness. (You can try lemons, limes, grapefruit)
2. Turn oven to gas mark 0.5, ~100oC.
3. Place slices onto a wire rack to bake. If baked on baking paper, they will will stick and take longer to dry.
4. Bake for 2.5-3hr. Turn them 2-3 times during the bake.
5. Keep in jar and use for decorations🍊🍊🍊

I recently made this Chocolate Chip Cherry Ice Cream for @thermopro.official and it would be the perfect treat for Memorial Day weekend! The ice cream is made with coconut milk (I love the Aroy-D brand that comes in cartons) and @elmhurst1925 cashew milk! Using @enjoylifefoods Chocolate chips are a must, of course. No thickeners or stabilizers, all real ingredients and SO delicious. It’s strawberry season right now so you can definitely use strawberries instead of cherries. Une recette délicieusement simple au bon goût dété ! 🍋😎

- 200 g de farine
- 200 g de beurre mou
- 180 g de sucre
- 4 oeufs
- 1 sachet de levure chimique
- 1 gros citron jaune
- 2 cuillères à soupe de pavot

Mélanger le beurre mou et le sucre de manière à obtenir une crème mousseuse. Ajouter les oeufs, le zeste du citron et son jus. Incorporer la farine et la levure, mélanger puis jouter les graines de pavot. Mettre dans un moule beurré et fariné.
Enfourner au four préchauffé à 180° pendant 25 minutes. 🍋

Choc chip mint 🍪 after that Game of Thrones finale I needed something to sweeten up my week lol 😭 Here’s the recipe for these scrumptious munchies:
Makes 14 large cookies 
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure mint extract
1&1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda/ 2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white or semi sweet milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar 
1 tablespoon buttermilk/ almond milk/ dairy milk

1. Melt butter and let it cool to room temperature.

2. Whisk the egg, mint extract, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk and butter together. It should feel slightly thick like the consistency of melted caramel.

3. Mix the flour, baking soda/powder,  salt, and chocolate chips in a separate large bowl.

4. Mix the flour mixture from step 3 with the wet mixture from step 2 and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. Preheat the oven to 350F/175C whiles you wait.

5. Scoop the cookie dough about 1 &1/2 inches wide (i used an ice cream scoop) and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave some space between the cookies (like the width of your palm) because the dough spreads outwards when it bakes. I made this in two batches with 6-7 cookies per tray.

4. Bake for 10 minutes, it will be soft in the middle but trust me it’s ready! Let the cookies cool completely on a rack for half an hour or so to let them harden, they’re quite delicate right out the oven. ▫️1 1/4 cup Water (or milk)
▫️1 Pasture Raised Egg (@vitalfarms)

How To❓
▫️In a mixing bowl, whisk together all your ingredients. To make things faster, I used two small pans to cook my pancakes simultaneously.
▫️Scoop out the batter & cook on medium to high until brown on both sides. You want them crispy on the outside & soft on the inside 😋
▫️Top off with all of the yummy toppings!

To make things faster, I used two small pans to cook my pancakes simultaneously. ▫️Scoop out the batter & cook on medium to high until brown on both sides. You want them crispy on the outside & soft on the inside 😋 ▫️Top off with all of the yummy toppings!
🍟 Jicama Fries & Tahini Dip

It’s FRY-day so y’all know what that means 🥳 My first Friday off 🙌🏼 Definitely can dig this 9/80 schedule. So this is my second time trying jicama & I love it! It’s so versatile 😋 I got a huggggee jicama in my imperfect produce box & definitely was a little intimidated but these fries turned out great! Crispy, brown, spicy 🤤

Spicy Jicama Fries:
▫️1/4 Jicama, pealed & cut into fries
▫️2 tbsp Avocado Oil
▫️Spices - Cayenne, Smoke Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper

Creamy Tahini Dip:
▫️1/4 cup Tahini
▫️1 small Lemon, juiced
▫️1/4 cup Warm Water
▫️2 cloves Garlic, minced
▫️Spices - Cumin, Salt & Pepper

How To❓
▫️Use a large knife to cut your jicama. I start off by hacking off a huge chunk & then used a peeled to peel off the outer skin. Takes a bit of time but peels off easily. Slice into fries.
▫️Boil a pot of water with some salt. Boil the fries for roughly 10 mins to get them a little soft. ▫️Transfer to a colander & then to a mixing bowl. Add in your oil & spices. Mix evenly.
▫️Heat up your air fryer to 400° for 15 mins. Cook in 2 batches (depending on the size of your fryer - you don’t want them to overlap too much). Shake the fries every 5 mins.
▫️For the sauce, blend everything in a food processor & serve in a bowl.
▫️Serve & enjoy! 😋

How To❓
▫️Cook your ramen according to package instructions. Serve in a bowl.
▫️Boil your egg in a pot for 6 mins. Then transfer to a bowl with ice water. Slice in half for some jammy eggs 🤤
▫️Prep your tofu & heat up a pan with some sesame oil. Make sure your pan is hot & then add your tofu. Add in your spices & cook for 2 mins each side until brown & crispy.
▫️Add your eggs, tofu & microgreens to your bowl & enjoy! (PS. I used microgreens I grew fresh in my house!)
