Happyyyyy Wednesday!💁🏻‍♀️☀️ So yesterday I went to the gym mid day which I reeeeeally don’t like to do....the gym is always way busier and I always just feel way less motivated by that time. So I get started and felt so unmotivated that I even considered just leaving. But I stopped myself and thought...if you leave, you’ve literally just wasted your time. So might as well make it worth it. So I made myself keep going and by doing that I got more and more in the zone and ended up doing one of the most difficult and painful workouts🤣😝 It is not the first time it’s happened, many of my best workouts come from days where I started out feeling bleh. Point being, you may not always feel motivated, you just have to stick with it and push yourself! And now after the last few days of lifting and switching things up, I am SO sore it isn’t even funny. So I’m just going to stick with some cardio today so that my muscles don’t detach from my bones and fall off😖🤣 .

depuis cette semaine. suis en stage et je vous avoue que pour manger lorsque vous êtes en presta bah c’est pas tjrs facile, j’ai beau me préparer des tupperwares le midi, le soir c’est sandwich obligé ! 
maiiiis ducoup j’essaie de faire en sorte que mes salades du midi soient les plus complètes possibles, et j’essaie de les varier au mieux parce que j’ai encore 7 semaines à tenir avec mes petites salades (ici salade de pâtes à là tomates mais les pâtes étaient toutes collées à cause du tupperware 🥴)

it is good to focus on your studies because it’s important 
Some tips to survive: ▪️make sure you keep eating healthy during this period ▪️if you cant go to fitness ... try a little workout at home during your break ▪️mealprep! because stress allows you to eat more ▪️drink a lot of water 🐟 (stay hydrated) ▪️ don’t worry if you can’t exercise. Try to focus on your studies and try to pick it up after your exams
