Beautiful people work hard to look beautiful! I find it sad and slightly offensive when I hear people say that it’s all in the genes. No it’s not. Yes some people have higher metabolisms then other and some people have beautiful color eyes etc. But it takes hard work to stay beautiful (or handsome). You have to take care of your body in order for it to flourish. If all you eat is junk eventually it will catch up with you. You will start to gain weight and feal sluggish. If you sit on the couch all day you will get weak and lose muscle definition. If you don’t take care of your skin your pores will get bigger and you will have acne. But most importantly if you don’t take care of the amazing home that is your body that you were fortunate enough to be given. The one that keeps you breathing and alive. It will suffer. You will suffer physically but mostly mentally. For if we don’t love our outside and feal healthy and strong on the inside we will dislike our mind and soul as well. Take care of yourself for yourself always. Just try your best each day.

Threw everything I had left into a pot for dinner 😅 ended up making the perfect post cardio workout dinner! This dish is full of nutrients, carbs, and plant based protein: multigrain pasta, sweet potato, peas, zucchini, arugula, and cannellini beans dressed with olive oil, lemon and spices 😋
Just finished week 1 of Krissy Cela’s @toneandsculptapp
I love having a guide where I can check off the exercises I have completed. This way I know exactly what I have to do when I walk into the gym and it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I walk out. 💪✨ I’m going to use this account to track my progress, follow along on the journey if you would like!!
