This was a lovely dinner! Cuban Beef from The Pinch of Nom cookbook is very tasty and I enjoyed it even more this evening with rice and plain vegetables rather than the roasted veg I had last night. Its quite rich and the plainer accompaniments suit it better.

Lo mejor es que tenerla en la nevera es lo más “salva patria” “saca apuros” del mundo porque puedes inventar muchas recetas = resolver muchos almuerzos y cenas 🥳 WOHOO!! ¿Quién ya la tiene en la lista?.
-
🔜Ingredientes:.
-12 tomates bien maduro.
-1 cebolla mediana picada en trozos.
-1/2 pimentón rojo grande. Picado en trozos.
-6 dientes de ajo triturados.
-3 cdas de salsa pesto.
-Aceite de oliva.
-Oregano o especias italianas.
-Sal y pimienta al gusto.

🔛Preparación:.
1️⃣Lava y pica los tomates a la mitad y sácale todas las semillas.
2️⃣En una bandeja refractaria coloca todos los ingredientes. Si no tienes salsa pesto puedes usar albahaca. Mezcla muy bien. Lleva al horno durante una hora a una temperatura de 200°C.
3️⃣El olor te matará!! 🤤 Cuando lo saques del horno tienes 2 opciones. Guardarlos como vegetales horneados (para meriendas) o hacer la salsa.
4️⃣Para la salsa: lleva los vegetales horneados a la licuadora. Integra bien. Luego lleva a una olla a fuego bajo durante una hora. Deja enfriar. Guarda en un frasco de vidrio, refrigera y ¡LISTOOOO! 😍🤤.

Eat more carbs the day before you workout, so you completely replenish the glycogen in your muscles. You will have an insane pump, your muscles will be fuller, and you’ll have a boost in strength/energy.

If your gonna take a rest day or you just can’t make it to the gym, minimizing your carb intake will keep you from gaining fat.
