Oatmeal is a favorite breafast of mine.  As I was sitting in the airport eating their version of it, I was dreaming of this loaded oat bowl I made at home the other day.  I love adding collagen to it for an extra protien kick. .

I know oatmeal isnt everyones cup of tea, but I am a huge fan. It's full of healthy complex carbs, high in fiber, and can be high in protien and fats if you add the right ingreidnets.  It also keeps me full for hours.  Not to mention if you make it right, it reminds me of a warm bowl of berry pie 🥧 .

Guten Morgen ihr Zuckerstückchen🤗😋. Läuft der Tag nicht wie er soll, mach die Donuts mit Zuckerstreusel voll😜... dachte ich mir jedenfalls so😂.
Dieses leckere Topping, wohl eine typische holländische Leckerei, hatte ich damals von meiner Lieben @koenigin_mopsigkeit zugesandt bekommen. Sie ist eine so tolle und sympathische Frau😍. Ich bin froh, sie hier kennengelernt zu haben❤️. Daher geht die Runde Donuts heute auf sie😜👍🏻.

Zutaten für 5 Donuts:
🔹Nährwerte pSt.: 81 kcal🔹
🔸F 2g, KH 4g, P 13g🔸

•Teig:
🍩60g flüssiges Eiklar (alternativ 1 Ei Gr. L)
🍩40g ungesüßte Mandelmilch (alternativ andere Milch)
🍩100g Magerquark
🍩25g TOTAL Proteinpulver "Vanille-Eiscreme" von @morenutrition.de (spart 10% mit: Jessifit10 )
🍩50g teilentöltes Mandelmehl
🍩3g Backpulver
🍩etwas Zitronen Aroma
🍩Süße nach Wahl (hatte Erythrit + "Cookie" Flavedrops )
•Topping:
⭐️2 TL Puderzucker (aus Erythrit)
⭐️1 TL Frischkäse
⭐️Schluck Mandelmilch
⭐️paar bunte Streusel

➡️1. Für den Teig als erstes alle feuchten Zutaten miteinander verrühren und dann die Trockenen untermischen. Den Teig in Silikon-Donutformen aufteilen und bei 160°C Umluft, für ca. 15 min. (Stäbchenprobe), backen. Gut auskühlen lassen, bevor ihr die Donuts aus der Form löst!
2. Nach dem Auskühlen alle Zutaten für das Toppng verrühren, ein paar bunte Streusel darüber geben und genießen.✔️

That means lots of movement and veggies, and maybe a glass of wine with some new friends.

It means a nutritious home-cooked, veggie-packed dinner, followed up with some insanely good maca bites (thanks @activevegetarian for that killer recipe 🤤).

I don’t have time for that roller coaster, plus it’s so much more enjoyable to sort yourself out and settle into a healthy middle ground.
