كما تعلمونм̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ị علينا أن نهاجم العضلة دائما بشتى الطرق و الوسائل لقتل الروتين التدريبي الذي يجعل العضلة تعتاد على شدة تدريبية معينة مما يمنع نموها ، و جعلها دائما تحت ضغط جديد و متكرر باستخدام الأنظمةм̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ị التدريبية لإرباكها و إجبارها على النمو ..
ونقوم بهذا الأمر باستخدام الدورات التدريبية العالية التكرار متوسطة الوزن ، أو باستخدام الدورات التدريبية العالية الوزن قليلة التكرار ، بالاعتماد وتحت مسميات أنظمة تدريبية متنوعة وكثيرة ..
و كما أن التكرارм̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ị مهم ، فإن الوزن الثقيل مهم جدا أيضا ..
ولكن !! ..
يجب أن يحكم هذا الوزن الثقيل ضوابط صارمة ضمن نطاق خطة ممنهجة مرسومة مسبقا ..
1_يجب أن يكون هذا الوزن مقيدا مسبقا بعدد تكرارات محددة من قبلм̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ị المدرب 6_7_8 تكرارات مثلا بحسب رؤية المدرب ..
2_يجب أن يكون هذا الوزن مقيدا بعدد تكرارات مطلوبة من قبل المدرب بشرط صحة و انضباطية هذه التكرارات بأن تكون الوضعية الجسمانية صحيحة أثناء الأداء الحركي м̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ị، وأن تكون الأمدية التدريبية (السلبية و الإيجابية) مضبوطة وسليمة بحسب ما أشار و وجه المدرب ..
3_التحكم الكامل بالوزن من قبل المتدرب أثناء المسار الحركي وعدم السماح للوزن بالتحكم بالمسار الحركي منعا للإصابة ، فأداء 8 تكرارات مهزوزة و ضعيفة وغير متحكم بها بشكل كامل حتى لو كانت هادئة و كاملة المدى الحركي ، м̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ịفإنها ستنطوي على خطورة كبيرة ..
4_يجب أن يكون الوزن ثقيلا بالنسبة للمتدرب وليس بالنسبة لغيره ، فدمبل زنة 30كم قد يكون ثقيلا جدا بالنسبة الي و خفيفا جدا بالنسبة إليك ، لذلك يجب أن نبتعد عن التقليد الأعمى وأن نسعى إلى تطوير قدراتنا بالنسبة لأنفسنا فقط м̃̾Ǿǖ₲ĦṜ₳в̃̾ịوجعل الآخرين حافزا ليس إلا ..

When that light hit just right. 
How is it Wednesday already?
Gotta be honest; this week has been a blur so far. Being busy is never a bad thing but my gym time has become my sanctuary for an hour and a half each day. I need it so so much every day. I’m actually not looking forward to tomorrow because I’m suppose to take a rest day. 
I have slowly changed everything about my training now vs when I was show prepping I’m doing lighter weights and super sets. Moving a lot faster in my workouts. Using power moves and genuinely feeling like an athlete vs just lifting heavy ass weight. 
I think both kinds of training are absolutely valid. But they will produce different results in your frame and shape. I’m loving what my shape is doing currently!
And as I said; the mental aspect. I need it. I need to blaze through my workouts right now and feel like Mighty Mouse on an acid trip. 
Sporting the Miami Beach colors cuz I got SoBe goals in mind!
