Thats why, I shared my entire story of eating disorder in an attempt to spread awareness.

Im sure those whove been there can relate - the craving to want the world to understand what were going through.

Indeed, its important that people around us understand so they can provide the right assistance. However, wanting to not be encouraged to become better in any way is wrong. Especially with an eating disorder, you MUST understand why its important to get better and pursue it with all your heart. So if someone encourages you to eat, dont avoid them or hide from them!

Try! Yes, thoughts come in but those are thoughts fabricated by your own self and you alone can break them!

If you are wishing that you want to get out of the unit or stop therapy, then use the therapy to your advantage and dont just try but actually work on recovering.
