Holding on to some hatred towards your partner, parent, sibling, workmate, client, boss, rival or friend is poison that will eat you from within. When we hold anger for long, we become addicted to hatred, which becomes more difficult to let go as time goes by. Such addiction will leave you stagnated in life.
The best way to eliminate such underlying trauma is working on yourself by identifying your triggers. Identify the things that trigger your anger towards something or someone. Once you are aware of this, it will be easy to overcome such triggers and live a happier life.
