If you saw my post yesterday, you caught that I mentioned carrying Amethyst with you during the week this week. I wanted to take time in a separate post to explain why.⠀⠀
Amythest is a harmony inducing, intuition enhancing, stress-reliever. It’s one of my favorites! This week’s energy is all about making moves and getting sh*t done for yourself but we need to be supported. Keep Amythest on your desk at work and if you work from home, keep it around the home so you can feel grounded and inspired even if you’re not in front of your laptop. You can also just carry it in your pocket, or your bra like I do if you need help finding clarity on a project you’re working on or on a decision you need to make. ⠀⠀
This wonderful, healing crystals will aid you in protection from low vibrational energy. It also promotes spiritual growth so hold it in your hands while you meditate. If you’ve never meditated, you could start with just five minutes, taking deep breaths, and holding Amethyst in your hand. It’s also never too late to start! If you would’ve told me I’d be mediating for 30-45 minutes at a time a year ago, I’d laugh my ass off because I couldn’t sit in silence for more than 5 minutes. This is the week to start new things fearlessly, so seize the energy and opportunity!⠀⠀
To learn more about this crystal, make sure you're subscribed to my newsletter for next month's Crystal Corner!⠀⠀
What are some things you want to try this week? ⠀⠀
Don’t let your past prevent you from enjoying your now and your future. Don’t let your scars prevent you from being vulnerable again. In vulnerability, there is power. Through vulnerability, we experienced life in its fullness.
Story time..... I am currently reading The Birth Order Book. It's been on my to-read list for years now. And it's crazy how spot-on I am of a first born child. My husband is a last born and he has some tendencies of a firstborn and definitely some tendencies of the last born but me I am a full-blooded first born child. 🙈
Obviously there's some strengths with first born children but as I was reading it yesterday it said that first born children are the worriers in this world. They tend to suffer from migraines, stomach aches, and back aches. They also tend to be the ones that go see therapists as well as psychiatrists more often than others. .
Sadly, I suffer from migraines and have since I was 8. I am also a worrier. I worry about EVERYTHING. Even if it's completely irrational. As I hit rock bottom about six and a half years ago I decided I was going to rebuild my life and try and escape the worry that cripples me. Some days are good and some days are bad. But I am seeing progression towards a life that's a little less worrisome. And I am happy about that! .
So now I'm wondering about YOU? Do you tend to worry about things? What things do you do that help combat that worry? Lastly, just because I'm completely interested and so enthralled in this book I would love to know where you fall: first born, only child, middle child, or last born?
