This is a great example of how the Lower Trapezius performs retraction and depression, along with the Mid portion of the muscle. Taking the scapula around the rib cage without the depression component being influenced by the latissimus dorsi or pectoralis major (which can often be the case). With rehab, ensuring we are getting the right movements can be the difference between doing rehab once or repeatedly. #loadwelllivewell
Trying another Asian Cuisine tonight, Chicken Satay Noodles. Delicious 👌 This will definitely become a regular in our house.
Tonight I used Soba noodles, which are Japanese noodles made with Buckwheat.
These noodles are gluten-free, high in protein and soluble fibre but low in fat and calories...plus they taste great!
Also added in the satay is sliced chicken breast, onion, garlic, capsicum and bean sprouts. Topped with chopped nuts and coriander 😊
Have you ever tried Soba Noodles?
🌿For many years I have known that the ingredients in our deodorant are not good. The one that I have been using for a long time like many of them had lots of Aluminium in it.
🌿It is only recently though, that I have come up with a solution that works for me.
