Here is the wooden toolbox from @ilovehape I mentioned yesterdag in my post. I bought this one at @toykingdomsouthafrica . The entire range is so nice and there is literally so many wooden toys to choose from. .
Zander plays with this daily and it does not break. It also helps them with their fine motor development
I even used the hammer once to put a nail in the wall because I could not find the real hammer🙈 (and it worked😁)
How cute are these? 😍
We have a variety of teething rings, to your liking!
We can do a combo of wooden and silicone or all silicone, you pick 😉

▫️ Coconut & Banana Porridge
▫️ @sweetfreedomuk Choc Shot
▫️ Blueberry & Raspberry Compote
Daddy is on a late shift today, so I thought I would do him and Joe twinning porridge bowls again.
I cooked the porridge as per instructions using @alpro unsweetened coconut milk and I also mashed in 1 banana, once cooked I then drizzled with @sweetfreedomuk choc shot.
For the compote, I added a handful of blueberries and raspberries to a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water and simmered on a low heat for 3-4 minutes. I didn’t cut the blueberries in half as they go quite mushy, but you can halve them if you wish.
Hope you all have a wonderful Thursday!
Knowing the teen years are right around the corner for us, I am hoping to avoid some of the pitfalls that I hear so many parents describe...you know, the bad attitudes, the disrespect.
I just uploaded a new video (channel link in profile) that’s just me sitting at my kitchen table and chatting with you about how I’m trying to be proactive about some of it. I’d rather not have to put out a fire, I’d much rather just try to prevent one 🔥
And, as always, I never want my videos to be received as me giving tips or advice 🙈 Nope. I’m just a mom, in the trenches with you, learning, growing and trying to figure it all out as I go along. My channel is simply me sharing my heart and MY journey and sometimes what’s working or not working for US. But I DO hope you always walk away feeling encouraged.
Hugs mama. I just know your #killinit 👊🏼 xo

Sometimes when I need a break to reflect I take walks with my girls and focus on the things that make me happy 🖤
🌿 This past week I was speaking to a class of 6/7 year olds about what they like about their body.
Some of their answers were that they liked their smile, their eyes, the way their hair looks. Some said things about how they like their legs or arms (and how they can do karate using their arms/legs). I noticed that all the learners could think of at least ONE thing that they liked about themselves.
Then I thought about myself. Why is it so hard to say something positive? Why is it so hard to think of at least ONE thing that I like about myself.
If I did, would it make me vain? Would it make me shallow? Do other adults like something about themselves? Is it even okay to say that you like something about yourself? Out loud?
Then I thought, how can I teach my own son about self-love if his own mother can’t even think of one thing that she likes about herself? And it goes beyond our appearances, obviously.
So I sat and thought a bit more. And I challenged myself to choose one thing I like about myself, and share it with others, in hopes that they too can think of something that they like about themselves.
So, I chose my eyes. I like the way that they seem to change colour. I like that I’m always confused as to what colour they actually are. I appreciate the fact that they have given me the privilege of sight.
So, my eyes. I think I can be okay with that.
And that’s my little story of the day of how a class of 30 kids made me think of something that I like about myself. 🌿
