Love should always be in the present tense. Often we find people say they have fallen out of love in the test of time. Love is not a feeling, that once spoken of it - would sustain it forever. Love IS in the everyday moments. Love IS in the messy bits of life.
Sometimes love is romanticised in books and movies. And an illusion of love is created in our minds. Anything contrary to that doesn’t satisfy the heart. This can be dangerous.
True love IS the sacrifice of self. Look at the reality of the cross. Love IS humbling yourself to difficult times. Love IS to suffer today with a hope of eternity. Love IS to forgive. Love IS to hope for better times. Love IS always alive and never dies.
In our human sinful hearts, it is not easy to cultivate such a love. But it is possible, when we learn to draw this love from Jesus and pour out in to the hearts of others. :) Today, we don’t have the right perspective of love and end up feeling empty.
Love is a decision, a verb, a deliberate refusal of self for the sake of another.
Entering a convent with such kinda love gives love time and room to flourish even when feelings and attraction are hard to find. A covenant is there to bind you together through every season of your life, through every test of time. Rest in your covenant, trust in God and lead in truth, to see love, like you are loved to bring God glory.
Love IS Relentless.

Looking back on how my fashion style was five years ago, I can’t believe how much fashion has changed in so little time. Globalization allows us to integrate styles from various parts of the world that we’ve become overwhelmed with fashion alternatives and what is ‘on trend’! 💃👠💄👛👓👒🛍
