[PREPREČEVANJE POŠKODBE SPREDNJE KRIŽNE VEZI] 😉

Opis je namenjen rekreativcem z zdravimi koleni, ki želijo doseči boljšo kondicijsko pripravljenost in hkrati zmanjšati možnost poškodbe sprednje križne vezi. 
Tej poškodbi smo najbolj izpostavljeni pri igrah z žogo in zimskih športih. ⛹️‍♂️

Poškodba sprednje križne vezi nastane, ko sile, nastale med gibanjem, presežejo mišično sposobnost absorpcije teh sil. Temu se da izogniti s sistematičnim treningom, s katerim najprej povečamo moč spodnjih okončin, nato pa se naučimo pravilno skakati in pristajati. 🤾‍♂️

POSTANI MOČNEJŠI 💪
Trening poskokov je ob pomanjkanju relativne moči ali previsoki telesni teži lahko prej škodljiv kot koristen, ko govorimo o zdravju sprednje križne vezi, zato je prvi korak v tem programu povečanje relativne moči spodnjih okončin.

To v praksi pomeni, da povečamo moč nog in ob tem ostanemo pri enaki telesni teži. Relativna moč je torej razmerje med močjo mišic in telesno težo. Treninga za povečanje moči se lotimo sistematično, tako da uravnovesimo moč mišic vseh stegenskih mišic in mišic okoli kolka. 😉
To so mišice sprednje strani stegna, mišice zadnje strani stegna in mišice zadnjice. Če jih želimo enakomerno razvijati, je boljše razmišljati o gibalnih vzorcih kot o mišičnih skupinah. 
Pri vajah za spodnje okončine prevladujeta dva kompleksna gibalna vzorca: 
✅ počep in 
✅ izteg kolka. 
Pri počepu se gibanje dogaja enakomerno v kolku in kolenu, pri iztegu kolka pa prevladuje gibanje v kolku. 
Osnovna ideja je, da pri sestavi programa izberemo prvo polovico vaj, pri katerih gre za počep, in drugo polovico takšnih vaj, pri katerih gre za izteg kolka. 💪

Fast forward 2 years and I’m about to do my seedings for Rainhill summer with expectations of seeding high Kennedy/Rocket.

Truth be told, most days I feel like I’m getting absolutely nowhere. The results of these next seedings will speak for themselves.
