1) SUGAR IN FRUIT WILL MAKE YOU FAT: No. Fruits are loaded with micronutreints and vitamins. Yes, fruits have sugar in them, but its nothing to freak out over. Eat your fruits and get in your micros. Sugar in fruit won’t make you fat. Only too many calories over time does that. -
2) CARBS ARE THE DEVIL: No. Carbs are an amazing source for energy, and can be especially helpful in a fat loss phase, as carbs will be important to drive your workouts.

3) YOU HAVE TO DROP YOUR CALORIES SEVERELY WHEN CUTTING: No. If you drop your calories too quickly, its not gonna be sustainable for you, and it may also result in muscle loss. For a good fat loss phase, start off with a SMALL CALORIE DEFICIT.

4) YOU SHOULD ONLY TRAIN WITH HIGH REPS WHEN CUTTING: No. When training for with either muscle gain or fat loss, training with multiple rep ranges works really well. -
