Probier mal, dir zu überlegen, was das Schlimmste wäre, das passieren kann, wenn du dein Zeil nicht erreichst. Was wäre die negativste Konsequenz? Könntest du damit leben?
Freunde dich mit diesen Gedanken und diesen Emotionen an! Und dann überlege dir, was du tun musst, damit dieser Zustand nicht eintritt!
Klingt erstmal paradox, kann dir aber dabei helfen, deine Angst vor dem Versagen zu reduzieren. Probier es aus!

Ritual allows us to deepen our connection to the innate sense of spirituality we as human beings all possess.
I recently went into St Mary's Cathedral and lit a candle for those passed and felt the immense power of collective prayer. It felt lovely to feel connection to a religion I had walked away from many, many years ago ⛪

“Whenever you feel caged in, you have to remember that it is just as possible for you to destruct that cage as it was for you to construct it in the first place...” Things sometimes happen in life, or we get put into situations that prove to be very uncomfortable for us and our coping mechanisms kick in to try and protect ourselves and more often than not, we do this by creating a way to avoid that scenario from ever arising again. Our avoidance strategy is always laden with fear because we ourselves know that there is a risk of things still being able to slip through. Over time, the more and more that we repeat this process, we build cages around ourselves that give us the sense of what we think is ‘security’. The more that we grow through our journeys, we come to realise that these securities are actually limitations because they have not allowed us to explore and transcend, they have given us a place to avoid and hide.
Every cage that we have put up can be taken down by us as we step into the awareness of how and why we constructed it in the first place. Sometimes, we can do this by ourselves and sometimes we need support, but deconstruction is not impossible. We must be kind and patient with ourselves during this process and remember that what was not constructed in a single day cannot be deconstructed in a day unless of course we are harsh and try to demolish it. However, demolition is not the answer because destruction does not give us the opportunity to learn and become aware. To give gratitude as we let go is what is required because deconstruction is a healing process in its own right.
Today, we invite you to think about those cages that you have built around yourself. Do they give you security or do they restrict you? If you feel restricted by them, then you are ready to start deconstructing them and we start that process by giving thanks to them for protecting us as we start to understand the pattern and processes through which we constructed them. Life is for living in freedom and that freedom is always waiting for us to step into it.

I read a lot of varying opinions on whether this is true. Even if it’s not, the idea behind this is useful. We get to choose how we see every challenge/crisis. We can either see it as difficulty or as opportunity. We get what we focus on, so if we want to achieve more we need to invite challenges as this is where the opportunities lie. A lot of people shy away from challenge. Those who can embrace the most uncertainty are the most successful. .
