One of my biggest pet peeves In the gym is seeing people wasting their time trying to hold saggy, ineffective planks for time.🤮

Put 👏your 👏timer 👏away👏
And learn how to hold max tension.
⭐️3 things need to be working CRAZY hard to do this properly  your lats, your glutes, and your abs.
.
✨LATS: pull shoulders away from ears, push the floor away, push shoulder blades apart.
.
✨GLUTES: tuck pelvis under, squeeze a million dollar bill 💸between your butt cheek and pretend some jerk is trying to steal it 🤬
.
✨ABS: pull belly AWAY from the floor, and keep ribs pulling down towards your hips
.
If you can do all of that and create so much tension that a sumo wrestler couldn’t knock you over, even 10 seconds is PLENTY.
.
I PROMISE this is way more effective than any saggy 3min plank your cardio bunny friend told you to do 🔥🙏
