When it comes to building a big chest, I am a firm believer in sticking to the core structure per session of:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ 2 heavy pressing movements (decline or flat bench press - as these hit the greater portion of your chest)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ 1-2 fly exercises (cable or dumbbell)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Progressively overloading the simple bread and butter movements will yield you the best results when it comes to chest development.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don’t need fancy exercises to get a big chest. You just need to get strong at the simple ones.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That being said, once you have some decent chest development, you should look at adding in variations to bring up lagging parts.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you find one side of your chest is weaker than the other, it may be smart to add in some unilateral work (such as one arm presses/flies).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you find your upper chest is lagging, then incline work can be great.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you want to work your core whilst training chest, a stability fly is a good option.

The important takeaway is that until you’ve got very proficient and strong in your staple chest exercises, there is no need for variations.

Honestly these cookies from @myproteinuk are making this diet so much easier before I went on this plan I was addicted to chocolate oranges and these are literally perfect. The after taste is basically identical to a chocolate orange. It’s good for and tastes like an actual chocolate orange it’s a win win situation. The best exercise for ABS is the one where you put the junk food back in the pantry and eat at a calorie deficit of 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣➖1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ calories daily (I recommend beginning with a deficit of 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ - don't burn yourself out). Sure, I'll hit planks for core strength 💪and it may provide some extra definition, but fat loss is ALL IMPORTANT if you want those ABS to P✴P❗DM me for HELP with any of your fitness goals‼
