The tantan men was not my favourite. It was so thick, viscous, and overly salty for my taste. After a couple slurps, I was ready to chug a glass of water; I even took more than half of the bowl home. If it was a less expensive ramen, I would’ve just left it, but I felt too wasteful.😩 The additional marinated egg was also a disappointment—it tasted just like a regular soft boiled egg.🙃 I will say that the additional chashu was not needed, because they already add a lot of minced meat to begin with.😂 The vegetable ramen was alright, though, but nothing to write about.
DYK Speducci is the home to Chef Paganelli's very first wild boar? We even keep his leg at the counter! You can come visit him anytime but he tends to be a bit boar-ing 🐽
