Sometimes things don’t go the way you had planned.
ACCEPT IT. LEARN. MOVE ON.
It’s easier said than done, but well worth it. Not many knew, but I was prepping for USA’s, my first national show. -
Life happens. I made the decision to hold off. I am bummed out for sure, but I know it’s what’s best for me mentally, financially and physically.
I’m going to take the time to continue to grow in all aspects of my life. I want things to be done the right way. There’s no need to rush. #patiencewins -
I’m v happy to be around so many like minded people who support me and my success. I know I’m freakin blessed no matter how hard things are.🤩
Come get SHREDDED before you MDW

LETS TALK GAINZ! 💪🏽😤 •
When I started my fitness journey, I was scared of picking up weights because I feared looking “bulky”. This fear kept me in a stagnant plateau— I wasn’t losing any weight & I was exhausting myself with cardio. I got frustrated and nearly quit the gym life. But then I gave myself one hour to read the research on weightlifting & it was the best thing I ever did. I shall summarize my findings: 🌶girls don’t the hormones to ‘bulk’ 🌶 gaining muscle is like supercharging your body & metabolism. 🌶it’s incredibly difficult to bulk anyways. Takes YEARS (literally)
🌶 low weight + high reps = LEAN muscle 🌶high weight + low reps = BULKY muscle
... in conclusion: TO ALL MY GIRLFRIENDS— LIFT DEM’ WEIGHTS GIRLLLL !!! 👏🏽🔥💪🏽
