Continua ancora oggi la sua coltivazione, dalla quale si ricavano i semi (ricchi di Omega-3) e si producono sfarinati per uso alimentare.⠀

peanut butter chocolate cookies:
(Makes about 10 small cookies)
2 flax eggs
4 tbsp olive oil
(Or coconut oil) 
3.5 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
(go with a clean brand for peanuts,
I like @georgiagrinders or @spreadthelove)
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
(I used @lilys_sweets_chocolate)
1 tsp baking soda
Sprinkle sea salt

Directions: preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients and mix well. Add flours, cacao powder, chia seeds and baking soda and mix until dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the cookies with sea salt. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Check on them around 10 minutes to make sure the bottom doesn’t burn. Enjoy!

Am Montag gabs auf die Schnelle erwärmte Mandelmilch, ein Müslimix, eine geschnittene Aprikose, Heidelbeeren und für einen konstanten Blutzuckerspiegel immer Zimt! .
Mein Müsli mische ich schon seit langer langer Zeit selbst zusammen, denn die meisten Produkte aus dem Supermarkt haben versteckten Zucker, der nicht sein muss und dann auch noch lediglich in Form von raffiniertem Zucker. Ich kaufe gerne fertigen Granola und mische ganz viel Hafer-/Dinkelflocken, Amarranth gepufft,  Quinoa gepufft, Leinsamen geschrotet/ Chiasamen, Kokosflocken,  Mandelstücken/Walnussstückchen, Kürbiskerne und Kokosflocken. Da sind der Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt. The best case wäre natürlich selbstgemachten Granola für den gesünderen Crunchyeffekt zu benutzen, das probiere ich demnächst auch mal aus.  Davon kann man ja auch gleich einen 1 kg oder 2 kg Vorrat herstellen, dann hat man lange was davon. .
Übrigens zum Thema warme Milch: Seit dem ich weiß,  dass es dem Körper schwer fällt kalte Lebensmittel oder Getränke zu verarbeiten (da diese erst mal erwärmt werden müssen und dem Körper wertvolle Energie rauben), trinke ich morgens erstmal ein ordentlich heißes Glas Wasser und versuche generell alles in warm zu mir zu nehmen. Warmes ist einfach besser verdaulich. Wer achtet auch darauf?

The perfect little fusion dish for our (hopefully approving Italian host) Using gochuyang Korean chilli paste with arborio risotto rice & topped with sriracha mayo and black sesame. Coated in a vegan parmesan and panko crumb. These little babies dont even need to be fried - just bung em in the oven and watch them go golden and! .

WHAT YOU NEED:
🌮 1 small yellow onion (chopped), 3 cloves  garlic (minced or pressed), 2, 10 oz packages of BBQ Jackfruit from @thejackfruitco, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp (or more) grated orange zest, a bit of olive oil, corn tortillas, lime wedges (optional), and alllll the toppings you want. We used purple cabbage, radishes, corn, avocado and cilantro. 🌽🍃🥑🍊

HOW YOU MAKE THEM:
🌮 Drizzle a bit of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.
🌮 Next, add in garlic and cook an additional minute or so.
🌮 Then, add #jackfruit to pan and cook according to package instructions. Adding cumin and paprika and stirring to combine as it cooks.
🌮 When jackfruit is nearly done, slowly add in the orange zest.
🌮 Warm tortillas and then assemble #tacos with desired toppings and a few squeezes of lime on top, if desired.
🌮 Yummmmm.

2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen avocado chunks
2 scoops vegan chocolate protein
1 cup flax milk (or any non dairy milk)
Blend in food processor or high powered blender.

- 1 diente de ajo
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- 95 ml de agua
- 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
- 100 gramos de anacardos
👉🏻Elaboración:
1. Deja los anacardos 4 hora en reposo.
2. Pasado ese tiempo, lávalos, cuélalos y échalos en la batidora junto con el resto de ingredientes.
3. Bate hasta que los ingredientes estén bien integrados.

Before I went to work I had this colorful BLUE SPIRULINA COCONUT YOGURT with BLUEBERRIES, GRATED COCONUT & MELTED WHITE CHOC for breakfast 🍇💜 summer on my table because of this coconutty taste & the blue spirulina color using my @unicornsuperfoods powder! Rose petals are a very rich source of vitamin A, C and E which can help hydrate and tighten the skin reducing the appearance of wrinkles and dark circles. Roses also contain anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, making this an ideal home cure for various skin conditions like acne. In some spring water add your petals, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, a teaspoon of coconut sugar and a squeeze of lime. Gently heat until fragrant as over boiling can degrade its benefits.
